  • Covid 19
    Bookings are made at the customers discretion. We are a remote location where distance is easily maintained between other people. We offer self check in and check out and we have thorough cleaning protocols. You are very welcome to bring your own bedding and/or pillows. Everything will be disinfected before your arrival, however you are welcome to bring your own products should you wish to.
  • How do I book?
    The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please call us, we are happy to help. Our phone lines are open: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday/Sunday 9am-2pm
  • How do I pay?
    A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due. Payments can be made online via paypal, either using a paypal account or a credit/debit card using the link on your invoice. We can take payment over the telephone during office hours. Please give us a call with any enquiries. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • What other charges are there?
    No other charges, although we do have optional extras to make your stay even more special..these can be seen on the add ons when making a booking.
  • ​What are the arrival and departure times?
    The arrival time for Yellowrush Lodge is 4pm. Departure time is 10am.
  • Log Burner
    A starter pack for the log burner can be purchased, if needed, when you make the booking. Extra coal and logs can also be purchased.
  • Can I stay for just one night?
    Our minimum stay is 2 nights for Yellowrush Lodge, unfortunately we cannot offer this lodge for a 1 night stay.
  • Hen and Stag Parties
    We do not allow hen or stag groups. Single sex groups ​should get in touch before booking.
  • Is the property well equipped?
    The property has all kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven / hob and microwave. Iron and ironing board. Dining room and TV and DVD player in the living area.There will be some washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bag, and a toilet roll in your lodge to get you started, but the lodge is self catering so do bring your own consumables!
  • What should I bring with me?
    You may consider flip flops for getting to and from the hot tub and an extra towel.
  • Does the lodge have a hot tub?
    Yes.
  • Are children welcome?
    Yes.
  • Can I bring my dog / cat?
    No.​ We have some lodges available at Yellowtop which allow dogs.
  • Cancellation Policy
    If you are unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking and there is: More than 14 days till arrival date, we will issue a refund minus the value of the deposit (30%). Alternatively monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else. Between 14 days and 48hrs until arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else. Less than 48 hours until arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non transferable, however the customer may transfer the booking to another party. We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
